Collins Cobuild -- changes & new website

The Collins website collinslanguage.com does not list the Advanced Learner's Dictionary but does list the Collins English Dictionary Pro. It is available for download or subscription. It seems to me that this is designed to greatly increase the publisher's revenue without increasing the service to the customer. I wonder if anyone knows if the "Pro" version is the same as the Advanced Learner's version or even similar. There is no hardcopy version available at all anymore. How successfull do you think these changes will be in modifying the way dictionaries are used? Will customers just move to competitors who are more accomodating?

I don't like Collins monolingual dictionaries. (I useLongman dictionary of American English, Canadian Oxford Dictionat and Cambridge Advanced Learner's dic).
I like their Portuguese-English and Italian-English dictionaries. They're very good.
