Translation: "TENGO, TENGO, TENGO,TÚ NO TIENES NADA&quo

Can you translate this into your language? Thanks.

Tengo siete amores
para la semana.
Lunes me da versos.
Martes me da ansias,
Miércoles disgustos
Jueves añoranzas,
Viernes me da llanto
Sábado, la playa.
Domingo, un amigo,
con esto me basta.
Tengo, tengo, tengo,
yo no tengo nada.

There's another version:

Tengo, tengo, tengo,
tú no tienes nada,
tengo tres ovejas
en una cabaña.

Una me da leche,
otra me da lana,
otra me mantiene
toda la semana.

It shouldn't be "tú .. tienes .." but "VOS .. TENÉS .." instead.

This is version 2: Based off my Spanish I learned while working and befriending some Ecuadorians for 3 years, I'm sure not all of it's correct.

I have, I have, I have,
You don't have anything,
You have 3 sheep,
and 1 cabin

Milk gives me,
anothor (lana?) gives me
anothor maintains me
every week

Wouldn't it be better?

One of them gives me milk
another one gives me wool
another one keeps me
all the week

That's not true. "Vos" is only used in Argentina the rest of the hispanophone world uses "Tu"

That's not true. "Vos" is used in
Argentina,
Uruguay,
Paraguay,
Bolivia,
southern Perú,
parts of Ecuador, Cuenca among others,
populous and economically advanced parts of Colombia,
the most populous state in Venezuela,
Central America,
The southernmost state of Mexico with four million inhabitants.

In Chile "vos" is very widespread, especially the verbal forms.

En España se dice 'vosotros'. Todo lo demás importa un bledo. Lo siento. América Latina no pinta nada.

No es cierto, en Andalucía se dice ustedes, nunca vosotros, al menos es así en Sevilla, todo lo demás da igual, el resto de España y el mundo no importa absolutamente nada.
