What does this mean?

Well a "baby daddy" is an AAVE term for the father of one's child if the woman is not married to him. I imagine "baby mama" would be a woman with whom a man has had a child but to whom he is not married.

Whoa, Skip, you've never heard "baby mama" before?

Actually, baby mamas and baby daddies are not only not married to the other parent, they are also usually exes rather than current partners, which is why they are relegated to their purely biological status.

Both terms are AAVE mispronunciations of "Baby's mama" and "Baby's daddy"

in AAVE, final /z/ is usually dropped (cf. /I1/ for /Iz/ ["is"]) especially in unstressed syllables
