Is there a "standard" spoken dialect of Interlingua?

Second guess, your native tongue is English (a lot less far-fetched lol)

No, there is no standard dialect. The words remain the same whichever 'accent' one speaks with, but sometimes a slight difference in choice of vocabulary is apparent. It is a Romance language, so I try to lean towards Italian pronunciation, as the languages are so similiar.

Yes, I am English! Well done lol.

Yes Guest, I try to lean towards Italian / Spanish pronunciation, because out of all the Romance languages, Interlingua resembles them the most.

Other Guest - what do you mean 'get over yourself'?
