No, German will be the language of England, when it becomes a monarchy again.
It would probably be English, although eventually Scots would be adopted. Scottish Gaelic may eventually be added as a second official language, although it would probably necessitate a higher percentage of speakers in Scotland.
Why would independence make them want to speak Scots or Gaelic if they don't want to now? Ireland doesn't speak Irish and it is independent....
