Do I have some kind of a hearing impairment disorder or do I actually keep hearing two different ways of pronouncing the word? "Electoral" and "Electral"

I'm used to hearing "electoral", but I suppose it could fall victim to the usual secretary/secret'ry, elementar/element'ry pattern. Or it could be that some speakers just gloss over the O in rapid speech, since it's not in a stressed syllable.

There are two different ways of pronouncing it: [I"lek%t_hO@`5=] and [I"lEkt@`5=] or [I"lEktr\5=]. I used to use the first pronunciation, but now I prefer the second one.

Correction: the first one should be [I"lEk&t_hO@`5=].
