Whack?

My friend was condemning Michele's choice of attire the night of the victory.
I looked up the word but it didn't find a meaning that would fit in. Any insights here?

Whack:
4. a smart, resounding blow: a whack with his hand.
5. Informal. a trial or attempt: to take a whack at a job.
6. Slang. a portion or share.

It occurs to me, could my friend have meant "wack" instead?

It means the same as 'off the wall'.

It's slang; you won't find it in a regular dictionary. And jeez, are people still saying that? :P
