"All it does is..."

Hello.

I'd want to ask which of the examples below are correct. Here they go:

1. «All it does is to extract your existing CD Key.»
2. «All it does is to execute the prompt and play the sentence "This is my first Multimodal application!" through the text-to-speech engine.»
3. «All it does is take magical pictures.»
4. «All It Does Is Tell Me to Restart»

But I prefer to simplify «All it does is to extract ...» to "all it does is extract", as would most native speakers. The same applies to "all it does is..." type phases, so eliminate "to".
