"two pair"

My dad says "two pair". For example, "I got two pair" when referring to two pairs of shoes. Anyone else do this? I just noticed and it sounded weird.

Where's he from? This is the kind of thing one might say in Devon!! Also, they say 'two pound' rather than 'two pounds'. It's a dialectical feature.
