How do you pronounce "analyst?"

It's / ˈænl-ɪst / or /ˈænə lɪst/? My point is the "l" should connect with "n" or "y?" Just like "failure", we say it /feil_yə/, not /fei_lyə/.

I pronounce it [ˈæ.nɫ.ɪst], with a syllabic /l/ and no schwa in between.

From a Cornish/British perspective we pronounce it it "an-uh-list."
