is the following sentence correct:

it looks like you don't know what you mean to me.

is it right or i should've used 'for' instead of 'to'?

Yes, that is a correct sentence. I have no idea if it's the sentence you're looking for though.

No, you wouldn't use "for" there, although there are other instances where "mean for me" is a correct choice. But generally PEOPLE mean something TO you.
