Is the Antimoon Method in the Public Domain

Is the Antimoon method or any parts of it in the "Public Domain" ? Please elaborate.

I believe it's copylefted, not copyrighted.

I don't think you can copyright or patent methods. You can copyright or patent "implementations" of methods, though.
The Antimoon method is definitely not copyrighted or patented, because it's just a method. Part of its implementation is copyrighted though (the software to learn pronunciation and SuperMemo), but that doesn't mean it isn't possible to implement the Antimoon method in other "free" ways. Supermemo can be replaced with other open source alternatives, for example, which are based on the same general principle (spaced-repetition).
