Spot the mistake!!!!!!

I have just had a look at SuperMemo.net

The problem with all these computer programs is that there is no one you can complain to, when someone has made a mistake.

Did you mean

- complain to

or

- complain too

Teacher?

complain to

Again Estel, after some deliberation, I decided that "complain to" was more correct than "complain too". However, knowing what the right answer is, is not an explanation.

I did look this up before, I just can't remember what it said.

Google: to too

to/too/two
and “in excess” (“Your walkman is playing too loudly.”). Note that extra O. It should remind you that this word has to do with adding more on to something. ...

I don't think that I am complaining too much!

"Too" is an adverb meaning "excessively" or "also."
