Which Spanish version is this?

This is a Korean TV show(drama series) dubbed in Spanish but I can't tell which Spanish version this is.

The video clip might be too short to decipher, but if you can, please tell me which Spanish variation the voice actors use.

It sounds like Mexican Spanish. however whatever country translated it they will try to speak neutral which nontheless always ends up sounding like Mexican Spanish.
