I'm currently in my last year of high school, and I've been learning Chinese for 4 1/2 years and German for 3 1/2 years. My German is alright. My comprehendion is decent, I'm starting to read books with the help of my dictionary,but my grasp on grammar is awful. My Chinese is really not very good -- reading is fine, but I can hardly understand any spoken at all.
I want to improve both, but I'm leery of dropping either of them to concentrate solely on the other. I'm looking to up my consumpt on of both to hopefully increase my skill, but I'm unsure of how to do divide them up, or for that matter, how to get a decent grasp on grammar without doing a lot of drills.
Any help is very welcome :)
