It means a "coincidence".

It's a playful reworking of the word "coincidence". Strictly speaking, it's a nonsense word, but it's generally understood to mean "coincidence". It's a bit like how Flanders calls Homer Simpson his "neigboreeno". Or Snoop Dogg says "For shizzle".
