Is it grammatically ok to say 'a Brad Pitt-featuring movie?'

Mmmm, maybe, but it's really awkward and I don't think it's your best option. "A movie featuring Brad Pitt" would be better. "A Brad Pitt vehicle" might also be closer to the mark, if you want to preserve the word order (in this sense, a vehicle is not a mode of transportation, but a film or other venue designed to showcase a particular person's talents or abilities).
