Can anyone explain to me how to use this ís, és, ás? And how to use them for Past & Future?

Many thanks. :)

when verb ends in -ar, vos escuchás, vosotros escuchad
when verb ends in -ed, vos aprendés, vosotros aprended
when verb ends in -ir, vos decís, vosotros decid

In the imperative mood subject, if not ommited, comes after the verb:

Escuchad vosotros
Aprended vosotros
Decid vosotros

I'm not exactly sure what you want to know, but the two groups of endings are not equivalent.
The "ás, és, ís" forms (which correspond to VOSEO) are the endings to 2nd person (singular) present indicative forms of the verb:
Vos escuchás.
Vos aprendés.
Vos decís.
The "ad, ed, id" forms (used mainly in peninsular Spanish where VOSEO users would use the USTEDES 2nd person plural) are, as the guest above said, imperative forms.
The corresponding imperative forms for 2nd person singular VOSEO users are:
Escuchá.
Aprendé.
Decí.
