In Argentina there are 15,000 French people. So at least 15,000 French speakers.

Italians in Argentina are 1,887,000. They are all Italian mother tongue, but there are 5 millions of Italians speakers, bilingual with Spanish.

Pleeease! Are all of you clever?

This man that writes about Cameroon and Argentina is probably an ANGLO, and he/she only wants to see another fight between French and Spanish speaking people!
