I don't think that it is a very good recording. Possibly you are speaking too close to the microphone.
I could understand what you were saying and I could make out every word.
I could detect an accent, possibly Russian or Eastern European.

I think you will find that livemocha will play in Windows Media which is a better format than the format that you used. It is possible to stop and examine individual words and also to record their position i.e. 52:3.02
