Would the dominancy of English be perpectual?
No language is perpetual.
The current working assumption is that China will soon destroy the West, and English will go down the drain when that happens.
Unless China eliminates everyone else on the planet while it has the chance (before political correctness kicks in), China and Chinese is bound to decline, too, after some period of dominance.
If China does manage to attain complete domination of the earth, forces far more powerful even than China will destroy it (and the earth) eventually. Chinese cannot be perpetual, either.

Chinese domination and American nukes are incompatible. It's either one or the other. Since we already have American nukes, Chinese domination is impossible.
Well, there are some experts than say there will be several languages on the top: English, Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi...

Nothing is eternal. Think about Rome. They firmly believed their empire would last forever. Still it lasted many centuries, but I think nowadays things change must faster.

Obviously, China needs to find a way to neutralize our nuclear weapions.
1) Keep bankrupting us, so we can't maintain our nuclear weapons, and they become unusable over time.
2) Trick or intimidate us into unilateral disarmament. One way is to bribe our elected officials into repsnenting the interests of China, rather than the US (this may already be the case).
3) Become so technologically advanced taht it becomes possible to build an impenetrable missile shield, rendering our nuclear missiles useless.
4) Develop advanced biological weapons that only infect non-Chinese (I think that some Chinese officials are advocating this already, IIRC)
