Online speaking lessons

I am an EFL teacher in Vietnam. I am looking for some good lesson plans for my 17 year old students to help them practice their speaking skills through everyday conversation. Any leads or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

There is some place which is called paltalk http://www.paltalk.com/download_auto.shtml . When you download it inside there are so many groups as for example group to learn english. So you can make your own group and to talk in english. That's the best way to learn english.
