I have to get some answers (interview) from The European Coalition to End Animal Experiments (ECEAE) for a research. I have to write to their general enquiries email.
How do I properly address an institution like ECEAE in an email?

Do I start with 'Hallo'? Or what?

Why would anyone want to end animal experiments? I love experimenting on rats and listening to them squeal as I inject elephant genes into them. Haha!
