what is the plural for penis?
<<If it was spelled Penus, then It'd be Peni.>>
Not every word that ends in ''-us'' has an ''-i'' plural.

The plural of ''circus'' for example, is ''circuses'' not ''circi''.

I suggest the word "dicks".
Normally, we do not mention more than one penis at the same time.

Ocassionally linguists and etymologists do discuss phallic-related vocabulary in languages but I don't think that ANY of it is appropriate for Antimoon. Also, I'm sure that N.J.C. is no linguist.
Penis forms its plural according to English rules: penises. The Latin word penis, from which the English is borrowed, has a plural of penes, but that plural is not used in English (it is used for words like crisis/crises, however).
I can't imagine many situations where such a word would be required. The only common phrase I can think of is to say someone is "like a dog with two dicks".
