Hello everyone!
Here's a recording of me reading aloud the text that I've found here on the forum:
http://www.roundshare.com/843Sonido_en_formato_MP3.mp3

Please tell me, is it still very accented and scarcely understandable?

You still have an accent. You sound like Spanish person trying to imitate an American accent.

But keep practicing!!! I still sound like a Scotsman trying to speak English, and I've been speaking English all my life!!!

Thanks for the comment, Billy, I really appreciate it.
I have been practicing and since then I have changed my voice a little, so now I speak differently, can you please check how this one sounds like(I've read the above post):

It sounds like you're saying "you steal have an accent". You should practice that short "i" vowel. You also pronounced "English" as "Eengleesh". It should sound like "eenglish". A long "ee" followed by a short "i".
And make the "ea" sound in "speak" a bit longer.
You're getting there though!

I didn't explain the pronunciation of "english" very well, so here it is: http://www.forvo.com/word/english#en
The one that sounds most natural to me is the second-to-last. (by readd1). He has an American accent even though it says he's from the UK.

@ vg

I didn't get everything from your first record but your second is pretty good and easy to understand.

your second record sounds so much better, maybe just becasue it makes more sense than the first one.

yor accent is really good. although booby did point out the little defaults from it. if you want to be perfect, work on the short i.
