I have considered the fact that that Gaulish might be a sort of Latinized form, but some of the words do have an uncanny resemblance regardless, like enter, con/com, di, and verto.

Thor, are you hinting that the Slavs of the Balkans like Bulgarians, Macedonians, Serbs, Bosnians, and Croats are less "actually" Slavic than say Ukrainians, Poles, and Russians, and more like the people that were there before? How dare you.

What about the situation with the Anglo Saxons and the Celts in Britain?

I'm not a partisan of "ethnic" theories. I speak about only languages. When i say that slavic waves might be a united minority in Balkans, it is because i don't believe that the substratum peoples has been exterminated.
