Franco, eat my dick. you know i'm learning Spanish. i recorded a clip and you commented on it if you don't remember. i'm just saying that i've heard *some* (male) Spanish speakers from places like the Dominican Republic that speak in exaggeratedly low voices. not all Spanish is spoken the same way. you should know that

Hispanics says that accents are differents between the countries.Bullsit.

My conclusion:spanish is not spoken at the highest pitch.

After mandarim,japanese,english,german,french,italian,portuguese, romanian,indi,urdu,arabic,Bengali,Russian,Javanese,Wu,Punjabi,Telugu,vietnamese,Marathi,Korean,quechua,aimara,guarani,turkish,tamil,polish,cantonese,tagalog,gujarati,min,maithili,ukranian,malai,bhojpuri,xiang,malayalan,kannada,sunda,hakka,hausa,burmese,persian,oriya,yoruba,dutch,uzbek,kurdish,hungarian,czech,somali,zulu,tibetan,hebrew,haitian creole,swedish,lombard, neopolitan,catalan,armenian,norwegian,finnish and slovakian spanish has the lowest pitch.

Beijing Opera (Mandarin Chinese) is a good show-case of high-pitched language. It really hurts your ears to listen to it. How anyone can consider it to be an art form is beyond me.
