'You're welcome!' or 'Not at all!'

Good day everybody!

Recently I was told that I should avoid saying 'Not at all!' and that it is an obsolete expression. Is this true?????
I hear this expression every now and then and I don't find it that rare.

I would avoid speaking at all in the future since you are clearly a fucking idiot.

My crappy boss told me that after he heard how I talk with our clients

I didn't believe him in the first place, but what can I do =)

Obviously, a boss isn't always right. At least it it affects your company, you should tell him the truth. If you do, and the company saved money etc. you're a good employee, otherwise, you would have done a major mistake ...
