I am currently in a South Africa. I'd really like to learn German since German is easier for me to learn. Unfortunately, they don't offer it. But they do offer French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

What one should I choose ?

In Africa English, French, Portuguese and Arabic are the main languages, in South Africa i believe there is too a substantial number of German speakers, and then there's Afrikaans which is kind of close to German.

Afrikaans the language spoken in South Africa and Namibia is a very nice language. Once you master it, you will be able to read Dutch and understand it when spoken slowly. So go for Afrikaans.... unless you want to learn French, which will be understood in West Africa, Congo etc which is so far behind South Africa and Namibia when it comes to infrastructure and economy.
