Biggest City Bearing a Name with a Diacritic?

In another thread it was complained about that the city originally known as Rijssel is spelled Lille and not etymologically as L'île in French, even though the French love to use diacritics.

Since it is so uncommon to see diacritics and apostrophes in the names of major cities (as opposed to small towns and villages), what are the biggest cities spelled with diacritics (preferrably in their native languages)?

München and Kraków comes to mind.

...said the French oliveball imperialist who dosen't even know why the hell his glorious nation of France managed to misspell their own imperialist name for Rijssel as Lille and not L'île.
