SRS Anki vs Supermemo

I have just started using Anki. Is Supermemo better?

How do I remove cards from the decks I download from Anki?

I don't supermemo is one fits all solution, Anki is much better for language learning. Once you know enough vocabulary, the gains of a "better" algorithm should not be huge.
