Hello!

What is the right preposition for the sentence below?

"Snakes get a warning of danger with/through their bodies"

Thanks in advance

I'd use "through" because their bodies are intrinsically what snakes are! "With" almost implies that a snake's body is separate to its core, like a limb.

But having said that, "with" is okay too.

I would go with "through" myself.

Snakes receive a danger warning through their bodies.
