"I wish to be with you." is correct but perhaps what you really want to say is "I wish I were with you."

Also the other sentences need fixing.

The situation is that right now my friends are enjoying themselves somewhere and I want to be with them but it's not possible at this moment. What should I say: "I wish I would have been with you." or "I wish to be with you."? I think both of them are incorrect. Tell me the correct sentence.
