Could you answer a few questions old chaps? It would be awfully nice of you if you could. What is meant by this symbol "H" ? I hear it is very important to you English speakers. You use it in "sentences", whatever they are. Since I don't Know a word of English I would appreciate your help. Thanks in advance!

It is a symbol that represents a chair. The horizontal bar is the place where one sits.

Adam he was asking about the capital H. He used the lower case H there. I'm sure he already knew "h" meant a small chair.
