I have watched the movie. It means to me that someone is precious in terms of value. I am a boxing coach. Mike Tyson is a million dollar boy for me because he is going to win many matches and then we both will be earning a lot of money together. In the movie, a girl boxer was in the place of Mike Tyson but both had the same match winning quality. The term " a million dollar" is just emphasizing the fact that someone is important and impressive at performing one particular task.
