shivering and shuddering, is there any difference between these two words?

My usage: I shiver from the cold when I'm not wearing enough clothing; I shudder from thinking about or viewing something disgusting (disgust is relative).

Sometimes when lying in bed with one arm extended beyond the edge of the bed, I'll shudder to think of the pain I'd experience should someone trip and fall against my arm, thus breaking it or hyperextending the elbow. Sometimes when relocating a somewhat heavy stone in the garden, I'll shudder at the thought of losing my grip and having the stone shear off the front of my leg before landing on my foot and toes. Ouch!!!
