When ever a word is given.
For example if the word “PLEASE” is given
Which alphabet we have to stress”P” OR “L” OR “E” “A” OR “S” OR “E”
How do we come to know?
Is there any rule for that?
Please guide me its quite urgent

By "which alphabet", do you mean "which letter" do you stress? "Please" is a one-syllable word -- pleez. The "ea" is probably the most prominent part. The final E is silent -- most final E's are.

In very, very general terms (this is not a rule at all)

One syllable words technically stress the vowel.

In two syllable words the first syllable is usually stressed. around 90%, exeptions - return, contain.

In 3 or 4 syllables the second syllable is usually stressed. around 75% exceptions - previous, calendar
