Dinkey

I was watching an american show and one of the actresses said:
"Oh my God, I took my baby's dinkey with me by mistake"

She was referring to the baby's pacifier, I just want to make sure that that's what dinkey really means because I search for the word and many dictionaries and I even googled it but, everywhere I go it says that a dinkey is a "small locomotive".

What is a dinkey or a dinky?

Where I come from Dinky just means very small, though your really only add it to "little" so "Bih he's just a dinky little thing in't he?" it might come from the name of a small locomotice, ie. small like a dinky?

interesting one though....
