It means '$$ln' if it's Korean that is.

For those who cannot read hiragana or whose browsers won't display it properly, the above is "kawaii" in most forms of romaji when one replicates the representation of long vowels in hiragana instead of using macros as one is "supposed to" use them in Hepburn romaji.

Dear Sir

I want to OCR scan few pages of "Oxford Dictionary of pronounciation" which contains 'Internaional Phonetic Alphabet' , can anyone tell me which OCR Software or hardware easily scan phonetic alphabet? and where I could get a digital version of "Oxford Dictionary of pronounciation"?
