There's this song by Jimmy Eat World called "pain".
I don't know if any of you heard it before.

In the first verse there's a part that goes"

"Anyone can make what I have built, and better now///Anyone can find the same white pills"

What does better mean in this sentence ?

It means what "better" usually means -- in a more perfect manner.
