"to my eyes" or "in my eyes"

which one is correct??
also i'd like to ask that if it's appropriate to say "to(in) many people's eyes" in english.

If you're talking about an object getting into someone's eyes... then "in my eyes" would be right.

oh, I should have given out the context.

"To my eyes our current president is an even more incapable person than the last one"

It's "In my eyes"

To my eyes in that situation would sound strange.

The usual expressions are:

IN my eyes

TO my ears

IN my mind (can sometimes be TO my mind, but that's less common)

Yes, you can say "in many people's eyes".

I should add that things can also be ON your mind, but that's slightly different than IN your mind.
