Who's "Boosh"?...

I've read many times people (critics) refering to Pres. George Bush as George Boosh or even Jorge Boosh.

Why is this? Is it how hispanic people pronounce Bush? If so, why are people calling him by the hispanic "Boosh" (even if it looks graphicaly funny)?...

Any americans care to comment on this? Thank you.

To be honest, I've never heard or seen anyone refer to him as "Boosh".

I've never heard that either. But that would be how you'd render a hispanic pronunciation of the name, since Spanish lacks the type of U-sound used there in English.
