What are the best websites for learners of English?

What websites are most useful for learners of English - both websites that help you with learning English, and websites that are IN English and are easy for you to navigate and use?
www.DoitinEnglish.com collects all the best ones and puts them in one place where students can access them easily.
Thanks!

There's an video course, developed by Annenberg Media for American public TV, that's can be viewd for free from their website:

http://www.learner.org/resources/browse.html?discipline=3&grade=0&imageField2.x=11&imageField2.y=14

It's made by the same people who did Fokus Deutsch, Destinos, and French in Action, some of the best language programs I've seen. (They're also available on the site.)

The course has 25 half-hour programs, each with two 15-minute episodes.

This course, and other online programs, are listed on the following site:

The best website that I know of is http://www.english180.com

It is free and has helped a lot of people I know. It is really well made, and entertaining so that learning English doesn't bore you to tears.

I got this "website unavailable" turned up on my screen when I entered http://www.english180.com . Is the site always like this?
