Either, but "2/" could be 105 etc, whereas "1/" is less than 40.
This is one way of reading it. If there are corrections, I look forward to reading them.
It implies that #2 is older, but it could be either depending on the context...
I'd phrase it "She is well into her thirties." Of course you cannot determine for certain who is older but it's probably 2.
