Here in Portugal they had fans but to a lot of people (incl. me) they used to look and sound pretentious and even fake, at least in their first albums. Then they improved a lot, Teresa Salgueiro droped that "hands in the hips" atitude and their music gained maturity and autenticity. I prefer Herois do Mar though, the early 80’s proto-Madredeus pop band (made by the same core of members, with a different vocalist).

It's an easy giveaway that the you use feminine adjectives while the nouns they modify are masculine. Also, unlike English, infinitives don't require the word "to" before them, though some infinitives in all the neo-latin languages may require them after, depending on connecting word. Nice try though.

(the infinitive "apprendere" exists in Italian, but it is not commonly used and verges on archaic usage)
Trying my hand at Spanish and Portuguese:
Sp: El portugués es muy bello y fácil aprender.
Pt: O português é muito belo e fácil aprender.
