guys i would like to ask such two silly questions but i have to know the answer plz:
1- when i speak on the phone and i finished the phone call wat is the appropriate verb i can use to say that i called my sister then i ( close the phone or what) ?

2- my friend is reading a novel and i want to ask her( where she arrived)?

1. Americans also use "get off" the phone.
2. You can also say: Where are you right now? (assuming he or she is reading a novel).
