Sun. Question: "putting her stamp on it" means?

If you have a client who is unable to approve a proposed design without putting her stamp on it, ....

"... putting her stamp on it ..." does it means to actually stamp on the design?

it refers to her official signature either in the form of an emobossed stamp of her name or written signature with a pen in order to approve the proposed design not as a design pattern. Have you ever seen a design with someone's stamp signature on it? Use your head, gentleman!

Never mind what the above Guest said. 'Putting her stamp on it' means 'change it to suit her tastes or to fit her style'. The sentence could be reworded like this:
"If you have a client who is unable to approve a proposed design without changing it..."

Thank you Josh, you answer is exactly what I'm looking for. Is it a special phrase for such meaning?

<<Is it a special phrase for such meaning?>>

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by that, by yes this is an idiom or expression. You can't change it by putting a different word in for 'stamp' for example.
