I only use "friggin'". (I don't think I'd actually say "frigging" - with [N], that is - unless I was placing great emphasis on it.) I don't know if there are regional differences, but everyone in my family uses "friggin'".
And to be honest, in many contexts I'd probably be more likely to say "fuckin'". Why not go all the way, ya know? ;-)

I usually say "frickin'" when I'm editing myself and "fucking" when not. And yes, I find it obligatory to drop the G in frickin'.
Sounds like something Dr Evil would say. Sharks with frickin laser beams and so on...
