Just curious as to how you pronounce this word? I pronounce it [pra:Mi].

Also what about "problem". I have [pr\a:m:].

I pronounce it ["pr\A:b@bli] or ["p\rA:bli] when speaking quickly.
I pronounce problem as ["pr\A:bl@m].

Where are you from? Sounds like you have the same sort of l-vocalisation as Travis. I pronounce them like this:
probably ["pr/Qb.li] or more formally ["pr/Qb.@.bli]
problem ["pr/Qb.l@m]

When I emphasize the word, I pronounce it ["p_hr\Q:b@bli]. ("Are they going to be there? Probably.") But most of the time in informal speech, I pronounce it ["p_hr\Q:li]. "Problem", on the other hand, I always pronounce ["p_hr\Q:bl@m].

I pronounce these words as:

"probably" ["p_hr\a:Mi:] (somewhat carefully ["p_hr\a:bM\i:], carefully ["p_hr\a:b@:bL\i:] or ["p_hr\a:b@:bM\i:])
"problem" ["p_hr\a:m:] (somewhat carefully ["p_hr\a:b_}m=:], carefully ["p_hr\a:bL\@~:m] or ["p_hr\a:bM\@~:m])

Note that my pronunciation of "problem" specifically lacks a nasalized vowel, which is due to [m:] actually being from /bm/ rather than /mm/.

>>Also what about "problem". I have [pr\a:m:]<<

I also have to ask just where are you from, as your pronunciations are *awfully* close to my own, considering that you have similar l-vocalization, NCVS-related shifting of historical [A] to [a], and the reduction of /bm/ or /b@m/ to [m:] without the nasalization of the preceding vowel.

I've heard it shortened to "pr'y" in the Midwest (Ohio)...

Oh yeah? Well I pronounce them:
"probably" [prI]
"problem" [prlm]

So there, beat that!

Yeah me!

I'm from Wisconsin, around the Wisconsin-Michigan border.
