Who is learning 2 languages simultaneously? What is your method?

What do you recomend as a better solution:

1. Each day, study both languages (eg 1 hour each)

or

2. Study one language only, for a period of time, then change to the other (eg 1 week for first language, next week for the other language)

Thank you.

I tend to study whichever I feel like studying at the moment, though because I use SuperMemo, I review flash cards for both of my languages (Spanish and Japanese) at the same time.

But if I were to recommend a method, I would definitely prefer to study both languages each day. With the other way, I think it'd be too easy to focus too much on one language and not enough on the other.

I try to study four languages a day, fifteen minutes for each language and thirty minutes on Sunday. This gives me two hours a week in each language. Believe it or not, I see progress with my method. It's a lot of fun!
